Account and Data Deletion Request for SRgram
This page explains how users can request deletion of an SRgram account and associated data. Developer: SRgram team.
How to request deletion
- Open the SRgram app and log in to your account.
- Go to Settings - Privacy - Delete account.
- Confirm your request using the SMS verification code.
Alternative request method
If you cannot access the app, send an email to support@srgram.ru from the phone number linked to your account with subject: Delete my SRgram account.
What data is deleted
- Account profile data (name, avatar, linked phone metadata).
- Messages and media associated with the account.
- Device sessions and notification tokens.
What data may be retained and for how long
- Security and anti-abuse logs: up to 90 days.
- Billing or legal records (if applicable): as required by law.
